I am having a hard time selling my Ericson 27 boat. What should i do? I already cleaned it up then kept in water and it's ready for viewing! The market just seem really bad. I've let people come and see it and offered a really budget-friendly cost of 7-8k. And so i dont think it's the price. Maybe there are just too many other sailboats being sold. Tough market competition. What should i do?

Try lowering your price a little more if you want to get rid of it right away. You simply have to provide your market a good deal so they would opt for your boat! Aside from cleaning and enhancing it, you should stil drop the price. And if yours is the lowest among the other boats, then it will sell right away.
