i placed my wooden boat in the water after painting it. i even applied a marine primer b4 putting on 2 coats of anti-fouling. then a coule of weeks ago, on about 4 spots, there are patches where the paint is coming off. i am so clueless as to how the paint came off in those spots. what should i do with it?

remember that a quality finish requires quality tools. when repainting a boat, u must consider first if the gel coat turned to be dead already that buffing & chemical cleaners cannot refresh its surface anymore. an next tym, when u'r selecting a paint, be sure the thinner & primer are made & specified by reliable paint manufacturer since improper combinations may lead to troubles.
