Most motorboat engines are two cycle, their exhaust is piped down to propeller. This is done so the engine doesn't need muffler. The cold water will condense the oil vapor and create an oil slick, why isn't this considered water pollution?

There are so many cause of pollution. Most of it is made by human. If this problem will continue, it will greatly affect our environment as well as the humankind.
