What is the correct etiquette in quitting a team you've been with for four seasons?  I'm at a loss.  We race a Viper640 and there are only 3 of us.   I'm finding the team I'm with neither competitive nor pleasurable.  One or the other would be fine.   The skipper is so stressed out and yells at us constantly.

Sailing is supposed to be pleasurable.

Any advice would be helpful.  I thought of waiting until after our race next week and talking to her then.
