Bernard Stamm from Germany has already reached the Kerguelen Islands, leading the Velux 5 Oceans Race fleet by 960 miles. Patrik Pollak from Slovakia emerged as the winner in the King Power Raceboard World Championships 2006 held from November 18 - 25 at Pattaya, Thailand.
