Pollak Wins King Power Raceboard World Title

Patrik Pollak from Slovakia emerged as the winner in the King Power Raceboard World Championships 2006 held from November 18 - 25 at Pattaya, Thailand.
Pollak was followed by Riccardo Giordano from Italy and Tak Sum Wond from Hong Kong in second and third places, respectively. Navin Singsart from Thailand and Maro Andreuccetti from Italy rounded up the top five.
Giordano was the first master while Singsart was the first youth in the championships this year.
In the women's division, Napalai Tansai from Thailand led the fleet even if she was not able to race on the final day. Tansai, together with Arun Homraruen who is also from Thailand, had to compete for the Asian Games in Thailand.
