  British Yachtsman to Break New World Record British yachtsman Tony Bullimore, 68, will be attempting to break the around-the-world solo sailing record come Tuesday. Bullimore will be setting off from the city of Hobart in Tasmania, Australia. Bullimore, with his 31-metre catamaran, the Doha 2006, will attempt to circumnavigate the world solo in 70 days.   Team New Zealand Gets Penalized in LV Cup Team New Zealand was penalized because of an illegal maneuver done by Dean Barker in the Louis Vuitton Cup. The penalty led to Team New Zealand's second defeat, allowing Luna Rossa, an Italian boat, to grab a win.   Sailing Cancelled Again at Louis Vuitton Cup The beginning of the challengers' series, the Louis Vuitton Cup, has been cancelled again yesterday.   Couple Sets Out on a 1000-day Sea Voyage Reid Stowe, 55, and his girlfriend Soanya Ahmad, 23, have set out on a 1,000-day sea voyage aboard a 69-foot schooner named Anne last Saturday. The couple, who is not attempting any sailing world record, is set to sail around the Atlantic, Indian, and Pacific oceans. Youth Sailing World Championships Set on July
  Youth Sailing World Championships Set on July Two hundred twenty three of the world's top young sailors from around 50 nations have registered to compete at the 2007 Volvo Youth Sailing ISAF World Championship set on July 12-21 at the Portsmouth Olympic Harbour. A big turnout of sailors from North, Central and South America have registered for the championships, as well as from Asian countries like India, Japan, Korea and Singapore.
