	2009 America’s Cup at Risk Due to Dispute
	The 2009 America’s Cup may be at risk after Alinghi refused to settle a dispute with rival BMW Oracle Sunday. This sent the case into a potentially drawn-out court battle. The impasse between the teams and their billionaire owners started when Alinghi won the America’s Cup in July and set rules for the next one which BMW Oracle argued were unfairly slanted in the Swiss team’s favor.
